a. Personal / Contact Information
We collect information that identifies you or allows us to contact you, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, user account credentials, and payment information (if applicable).
b. Health / Clinical Information
Since we provide clinical services (e.g., consultations, wellness / body-sculpting programs, supplements), we collect health-related information that you voluntarily provide (medical history, current conditions, treatment goals, prescriptions, diagnostics) as required for safe and proper service delivery.
c. Technical / Usage Information
When you use our Site we may collect device and usage information including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, time spent, referring website, and cookies or similar technologies.
d. Third-party / Provider Information
We may receive information about you from third-party providers (for example payment processors, marketing partners, logistics/shipping providers for our “Cura Shop” supplement / medication offer) and combine it with information we collect directly.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, manage and administer our clinical services, supplements, treatments and programs.

  • To schedule and conduct consultations, book treatments, manage your account and service history.

  • To process payments, shipping (for products), returns/refunds, and related customer care.

  • To communicate with you (via email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp) about your account, bookings, treatments, promotions, newsletters (if consented).

  • To improve our Site, services, programs and customer experience, including analytics and research (aggregate form).

  •  To comply with legal, regulatory and professional obligations (e.g., medical records retention, licensing authorities, mandatory reporting).

3. LEGAL BASIS & CONSENT

Where required by law, we will ask for your consent to collect and use your data. By using the Site and providing information, you consent to the processing described in this Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions (for example, data required for medical treatment cannot be withdrawn if it undermines safe care).

4. DISCLOSURE & SHARING OF INFORMATION

We may disclose your personal or health-related information to:

  • Service providers and partners (payment processors, shipping and fulfilment for product orders, IT / hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations.

  • Medical / healthcare professionals involved in your treatment (within our organisation or partner clinics) as required for care.

  • Regulatory, licensing or legal authorities as required by law (for example for medical records, adverse event reporting, taxation).

  • Affiliates or business transfers (if we merge, sell or reorganise our business, we will impose confidentiality obligations on the acquiring entity).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

5. COOKIES & SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Our Site uses cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect usage information. You can manage your cookie preferences via your browser settings. Cookies help us provide functionality (login, cart) and analytics (site-improvement) but do not typically identify you personally unless you log in with your personal account.

6. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described (clinical care, legal compliance, business operations). We take reasonable organisational, technical and physical security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. However, no internet or email transmission is completely secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Philippines) and related regulations, you may:

  • Request access to the personal and/or health-related information we hold about you.

  • Request correction or update of inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • Request deletion of data, subject to legal or regulatory retention obligations (e.g., medical record retention).

  • Withdraw your consent where processing is based on consent, subject to consequences of withdrawal (e.g., inability to provide certain services).

  • Lodge a complaint with our Data Protection Officer (see Section 8) or with the National Privacy Commission if you believe your rights have been infringed.

8. UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time (for example to reflect changes in legislation, technology or our services). We will notify users of material updates (by posting the revised Policy on our Site and updating the “Effective Date”). Your continued access to or use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

9. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

  • If you are under 18 years old, please obtain consent of a parent or legal guardian before providing any health-related information or using our services.

  • We make no guarantee that the Site is error-free or completely secure; by using the Site you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to its terms.
