Yes. If you already have a valid prescription from a licensed Philippine physician, we can dispense the medication in accordance with FDA Philippines regulations. The prescription must be original, unexpired, and contain all information required by law, including the prescribing physician's name, PRC license number, signature, and date.

We accept major credit and debit cards, GCash, Maya, bank transfer to our official JMG account, and cash payment at the clinic. Payment instructions will be provided at the time of consultation, booking, or dispensing.

JMG's primary dispensing model is in-clinic collection. Where local courier delivery within the Philippines is arranged for a patient's convenience, the following conditions apply: • A valid prescription must be verified before any medication is prepared. • The medication must be addressed to the patient who holds the prescription. • Delivery is limited to addresses within the Philippines. • Temperature-sensitive medications require cold-chain handling, and the patient must be available to receive the parcel. • Proof of identification may be required upon receipt.
