The Wegovy® 1.7mg FlexTouch® pen is the advanced semaglutide dose — prescribed in Month 4 of the standard titration schedule for patients who have tolerated the lower doses well and are pursuing full clinical efficacy. At 1.7mg, satiety signalling is near maximal, weight loss momentum accelerates, and body composition changes begin to become visible.
Each single-use FlexTouch® pen contains four weekly doses (one month of therapy), administered as a subcutaneous injection once every seven days.
