In-Person Consult Booking Policy 1. Appointment Scheduling: - Appointments can be scheduled using our online booking system. - Please provide accurate personal and medical information when booking. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: - A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or Rescheduling. - Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be granted. 3. No-Show Policy: - Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a "no-show." - No refunds will be provided for no-show appointments. 4. Late Arrivals: - There is no guarantee that clients arriving at most 15 minutes late will be accommodated, as we cannot ensure the doctor's availability. 5.
